Promotive is seeking a Master Automotive Technician in Centralia, WA for a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with no weekends. The role offers $45-$50/hr flat rate and $100K-$140K annual earning potential, depending on experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Master-level automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and engine performance diagnostic experience.
• Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and digital inspection platforms.
• ASE certifications highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across major vehicle systems.
• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine performance, and intermittent concerns.
• Repair brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, transmission, and engine systems.
• Use OBD-II scanners, digital multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and accurately document findings.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors and team members.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality workmanship while maintaining an organized workspace.
