Qualifications

At least four years of professional automotive repair experience; five years preferred.
Strong diagnostic skills with experience resolving complex vehicle concerns.
Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic software, and electrical testing equipment.
Your own professional tools.
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Professional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns using advanced diagnostic tools, service information, and wiring diagrams.
Perform repairs and maintenance on domestic and foreign vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Complete digital vehicle inspections with clear notes, photos, and repair recommendations.
Communicate findings with service advisors so customers receive honest answers and understand their options.
Verify repairs through quality checks and road tests.
Mentor less experienced technicians and share knowledge with the team.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safe work practices and manufacturer procedures.
Continue developing your skills through training and education.

What You Bring
