Job summary

Estes Park Tire & Auto in Estes Park, Colorado is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our busy, family-owned shop. In-person, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule; earn $120K–$150K per year depending on experience.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, performing advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics, and maintaining thorough repair orders. We support professional development and provide tooling and training.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Professional communication and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues across major vehicle systems.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot drivability concerns and complex repairs.
• Complete maintenance services and repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic equipment and service information to ensure proper procedures.
• Maintain clear, detailed repair orders and documentation.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with team and customers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold high workmanship standards.
• Stay current with evolving automotive tech and repair methods.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues across major vehicle systems

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
