We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician in Indio, CA to join a leading tire and auto repair provider. The role focuses on interpreting work orders, performing comprehensive diagnostics, and delivering high-quality repairs across all major automotive systems.

Job Title: Master Automotive Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Indio, CA 92201
Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM
Sat 8AM - 4PM
Sunday Closed
Pay: $22-30/hr + bonus
Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate
OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors

• Install parts, components, and systems as needed
• Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master level with a minimum of 5 years)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles
• Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
• Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools
• Hands‑on experience with Identifix diagnostics
