Job Title: Master Automotive Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Brea, CA 92821

Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM; Sat 8AM - 4PM; Sunday Closed

Pay: $22-30/hr + bonus. Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate.

OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week.

The company is one of the largest full-service tire and auto repair providers in the West, offering tire sales, retreading, mobile commercial service, and 24/7 roadside assistance across multiple locations since 1911.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance
• Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems
• Install parts, components, and systems as needed
• Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master level with a minimum of 5 years)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles
• Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
• Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools
• Hands‑on experience with Identifix diagnostics
• Own tools
