Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training preferred.
• ASE or SAE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attendance daily and on time (7:45 AM team meetings are required)
• Time management – Identify and resolve problems in a time-efficient manner
• Problem solving – Use diagnostic equipment to gather and analyze information
• Apply knowledge, skills, and experience to develop solutions and effect repair actions
• Quality – Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Monitor own work to ensure quality
• Following service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and routine maintenance
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Perform other related or unrelated duties as assigned or requested
