As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist in establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and maintaining technical documentation
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Communicate necessary repair information clearly to customers
