Job summary

Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper, tackling complex drivability, electrical, and network issues. You will use professional scan tools and OEM data, document work thoroughly, and communicate customer concerns with service advisors.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of repair experience, strong diagnostic/electrical skills, and a solid toolset.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
Experience with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair information.
L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred.
Hybrid/EV and ADAS experience is a plus.
Professional tool set.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
Certifications are not required to be hired. We support ongoing training and certification testing.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper.
Handle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns.
Diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using proper testing methods.
Use professional scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment.
Perform quality repairs and thoroughly document your work.
Work with service advisors to accurately diagnose and communicate customer concerns.
Mentor B- and C-Level Technicians.
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency.
