Stress-Free Auto Care in Fremont, California is seeking experienced A-Level/Master Automotive Technicians who can diagnose complex problems, perform quality repairs, and take pride in their work.

Diagnose and repair bumper-to-bumper vehicles, handle drivability, electrical, and intermittent concerns, diagnose CAN/network faults with proper testing methods, use scan tools, scopes, OEM information, document thoroughly, mentor junior techs, and maintain high safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Experience with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair information.
• L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred.
• Hybrid/EV and ADAS experience is a plus.
• Professional tool set.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
• Certifications are not required; ongoing training and certification supported.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair bumper-to-bumper.
• Handle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns.
• Diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using proper testing methods.
• Use professional scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform quality repairs and document your work.
• Work with service advisors to diagnose and communicate customer concerns.
• Mentor B- and C-Level Technicians.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency.
