Job summary

Raceway Jeep in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Master Service Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards, perform routine maintenance, and document all work on repair orders.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service technician or mechanic required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately, documenting all work performed.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service for customers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
