This full-time position pays $35-$55 per hour depending on experience, offers paid vacation and holidays, and weekends off. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, work with a team, maintain safety and quality standards, and pursue ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate customer concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with other Technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
