Qualifications

Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
Ability to flag 50+ hours per week.
ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
Meet or exceed hourly goals.
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
Professional appearance and strong communication.
A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
Work with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
Promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Communicate vehicle concerns to the service department.
Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
