Park Place Dealerships in Grapevine, TX seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles while delivering an extraordinary client experience. You will ensure quality workmanship and maintain positive client relationships at a busy Dallas/Fort Worth dealership.

You will work with team leaders, plan repair procedures, provide labor estimates, and document work. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle
• Plan work procedures with Team Leader and ASM
• Provide labor time estimates for repairs
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand 3+ hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles with integrity
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure Extraordinary Experience
• Communicate additional service requests to the ASM for client communication
• Complete documentation for client repairs and keep records up to date
• Attend weekly department meetings and training sessions
• Comply with safety, warranty, and regulatory requirements
