Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Master Assembler for the Willard Plant in Willard, OH. You’ll join the assembly team supporting training and onboarding and provide flexible coverage across multiple jobs to address operational gaps.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a base pay of $20.60/hour plus a training premium up to $22.10/hour. This position offers competitive benefits and opportunity for growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment as needed in the allotted time.
• Ability to read and comprehend ISO work instructions.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and cross-train across the operation.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production activities per ISO work instructions.
• Meet takt time and maintain quality on all tasks.
• Set up workstations as needed.
• Complete visual inspections of in-process and finished products.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new hires as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety rules.
