Starting Pay: $40-$50 per hour

Position Overview

As a Master ASE Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair tires and automotive systems, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will also mentor junior technicians and stay current with automotive technology advancements.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance, including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  2. Conduct road tests to verify repairs and diagnose issues.
  3. Mentor and guide junior technicians.
  4. Document all work accurately.
  5. Report safety issues immediately.
  6. Maintain teamwork and adhere to company policies on vehicle care.
  7. Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years automotive diagnosis and repair experience.
  • ASE Certifications.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • No relocation assistance provided.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with exhaust, fuel systems, electrical, air conditioning, and powertrain management systems.

  • Dependability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety policies.
