Job summary

Chromalloy in Tampa, FL is seeking a CMA Helper to operate finishing equipment safely in the Master Alloy Operation. You will learn VIM ingot finishing processes and support the skilled team in maintaining quality and productivity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and interpret safety rules, and to write routine reports. You will undergo forklift and overhead crane training, and contribute to a safety-first, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or six months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Complete forklift and overhead crane training.
• Assemble, repair, or tear out crucible and tundish assemblies.
• Prepare ingot molds for casting and manage raw materials.
