Qualifications

• Virginia Master Aesthetician license required.
• Laser certification strongly preferred.
• Electrolysis experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous sales experience is a huge plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments
• Deliver exceptional client care with a focus on results and building long-term relationships
• Educate clients on treatment options and recommend customized skincare plans
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
• Support the team in achieving sales and service goals
