Qualifications

• Virginia Master Esthetician license is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred.

• Interest in collaborating with physicians and clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, acne treatments, LED therapy, extractions, hair removal) within scope.
• Conduct thoughtful patient consultations and customize treatment plans.
• Educate patients on skincare products, expectations, and post-care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain treatment rooms per OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver an elevated patient experience.

Elevate Dermatology & Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Master Aesthetician to join our growing dermatology and plastic surgery practice in the Richmond/Henrico market. What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia Master Esthetician license
• 2-3 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics required

Your Role

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, acne treatments, LED therapy, extractions, and hair removal services within scope of practice.
• Conduct thoughtful patient consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatment expectations, and post-treatment care.

• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver a seamless, elevated patient experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• $28-$35 per hour base pay, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential
• 36-40 hours per week
• Bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit
