Job summary

Ultra Body Sculpt in Arlington, VA is seeking a licensed esthetician who is enthusiastic, patient-focused, and eager to grow within a medical aesthetics practice.

You will perform skin consultations, customize treatment plans, educate clients on options, and assist with advanced procedures under physician guidance. Training and mentorship are provided to develop advanced skills and customer care excellence.

Qualifications

• Virginia Esthetician License required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of facials, skin analysis, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and superficial chemical peels.
• Strong desire to learn advanced medical aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin consultations and analyses.
• Develop personalized long-term skincare and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare products, and home care regimens.
• Perform customized medical-grade facials.
• Perform HydraFacial treatments or complete certification.
• Perform superficial chemical peels within VA licensure.
• Perform dermaplaning.
• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Assist providers with PRP and microneedling procedures as permitted.
• Prepare treatment rooms and EMR documentation.
• Maintain OSHA/HIPAA standards and infection control.
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional service.
• Participate in consultations, marketing events, and education initiatives.
• Stay current on new skincare treatments and technologies.

Job description

Ultra Body Sculpt is looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice. Whether you’re newly licensed or have prior experience, we’re looking for someone eager to learn, passionate about skincare, and excited to grow alongside our team.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in skincare, enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, and is motivated to educate clients while creating customized treatment plans that deliver lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin consultations and skin analyses.
• Develop personalized long-term skincare and treatment plans based on each patient’s goals.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare products, and home care regimens.
• Perform customized medical-grade facials.
• Perform HydraFacial® treatments (or be willing to complete certification and training).
• Perform superficial chemical peels within the scope of Virginia licensure.
• Perform dermaplaning.
• Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products.
• Assist medical providers with PRP procedures, microneedling procedures, and other physician-directed treatments as permitted by law and clinic protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for aesthetic procedures.
• Provide thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment education.
• Document treatments accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection‑control standards.
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service and follow‑up care.
• Participate in consultations, practice marketing events, and patient education initiatives.
• Stay current on new skincare treatments, products, and aesthetic technologies through continuing education.
