Job summary

Massimo Motorworks in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking a skilled automotive technician with a focus on European vehicles. You will diagnose complex issues, perform advanced repairs, and document findings, leveraging Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspections as they are rolled out.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of professional automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and comfort working on European makes. Independent shop and dealership backgrounds are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master, A-Level, or strong near-Master technician skills.
• At least 4-5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to handle complex repairs.
• Comfort working on European vehicles.
• Independent shop and dealership experience welcome.
• Prior Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $100,000-$140,000 annual salary, based on experience
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit

About the Shop

Massimo Motorworks has served the Shrewsbury area since 2004. About 90% of the vehicles we service are European, including newer and older models. If you enjoy the diagnostic side of the work, this role gives you the chance to take on complex issues and larger repairs. The shop has 7 bay doors and 6 lifts and services approximately 25-30 vehicles each week.
