Job summary

Maris Recruitment RO Group SRL is seeking an experienced Master to join a fleet of General Cargo vessels. Joining dates are mid-November 2026 and the exact joining date will be confirmed during the recruitment process based on candidate availability and vacancies.

Candidates must hold a valid STCW Certificate of Competency, have at least four completed Master contracts on similar vessel types, and be comfortable working with multinational crews.

Qualifications

Valid Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW regulations.
Minimum 4 completed contracts as Master on similar vessel types/sizes.
Experience working with multinational crews.
Fluency in English.
Previous experience as Master in North and Baltic Sea is an advantage.
