The University of Kansas Health System, Westwood Medical Pavilion in Kansas City, is seeking a part-time Mastectomy Fitter to support our Appearance Center. You will assist cancer patients and survivors in reclaiming their self-image through compassionate service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities include helping patients select products, ensuring smooth center operations, and contributing to promotional events.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with retail experience and basic computer knowledge.
• Proficient with computers and POS/retail software.
• Willing to obtain ABCOP certification within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients and survivors in overcoming appearance-related obstacles due to treatments or surgery.
• Provide service and select products tailored to patient needs.
• Ensure center operations run smoothly by assisting visitors and volunteers.
• Help manager achieve goals for a successful appearance center.
• Attend trade shows, health fairs, and promotional events as needed.
• Assist with year-end inventory.
• Open and close shifts when required.
