• Conduct follow-up surveys for graduate job placement, alumni advancement, and employer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and revise curriculum annually, in consultation with the Dean.
• Develop and confirm class schedules and coordinate with faculty.
• Review textbooks to the textbook committee.
• Supervise faculty in syllabi, lesson plans, testing, and course offerings.
• Advise and mentor prospective and current Massage Therapy students.
• Conduct new student orientation, including safety procedures.
• Complete annual evaluations for full-time and adjunct faculty.
• Implement inclusive teaching strategies addressing diverse learners.
• Uphold the Code of Ethics and professional conduct standards.
