Massage Heights - Naples is seeking a licensed massage therapist for a full-time, on-site role. You will customize massage services for guests, apply enhancements, and promote wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license to perform massage therapy.
• 3+ years of massage therapy experience.
• Active liability insurance required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals.
• Excellent guest communication.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements.
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals.
• Build relationships with guests to help them meet self-care goals.
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Full-time position
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals
