Massage Heights in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced massage therapist to customize services, lead the skincare team, and deliver high-quality guest care in a beautiful treatment room.

This full-time role requires a current state license, 3+ years of experience, liability insurance, and the ability to mentor teammates while building strong guest relationships. Shifts are 6–8 hours with one weekend shift; competitive pay with tips, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Experience as a massage therapist 3+ years.
• Active liability insurance required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using various therapies.
• Promote the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and enhancements.
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward retreat goals.
• Build relationships with guests to meet self-care goals.
• Support onboarding of new therapists.
• Set standards for high-quality therapy and guest service.
• Communicate between back-of-house staff and management.

Schedule/Expected work hours

• 6–8-hour shifts
• Full-time position
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management
