Role and Responsibilities:

Massage Therapists at the Milagro Spa are responsible for providing exceptional massage and specialty body treatments to promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. This includes delivering personalized massage experiences tailored to each client's needs, performing specialty treatments such as wraps and scrubs with luxurious products, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires expertise in various massage techniques and excellent communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Massage Therapy License (Accredited Massage School certification and/or MBLEx certification accepted)
• Relevant experience preferred
• Willingness to train on Milagro Spa protocols and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and ethical conduct
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to spa service protocols and policies
• Maintenance of client documentation
• Participation in training, education, meetings, and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
• Meet service and retail goals
