The Milagro Spa at Genesis Health Club Wichita, KS Rock Road location is opening soon! We are seeking highly professional, dependable, licensed massage therapists to join our team. Both FT and PT positions are available.

Massage Therapists at the Milagro Spa are responsible for providing exceptional massage and specialty body treatments to promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation. This role requires expertise in various massage techniques and the ability to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each client's needs. In addition to massages, therapists will perform specialty treatments such as wraps and scrubs, using luxurious products to enhance the experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of massage therapy, and a passion for well-being. We aim to provide a five-star customer experience and seek individuals aligned with our mission.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Massage Therapy License (Accredited Massage School certification &/or MBlex certification accepted)
• Relevant experience preferred
• Profound understanding of various massage techniques and willingness to learn our spa protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and ethical conduct
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to spa service protocols
• Knowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policies
• Maintenance of client documentation
• Participation in training, education, meetings, and events
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper supplies
• Meet service and retail goals

The Milagro Spa operates within Genesis Health Clubs, with two locations in New Jersey and three more opening in Kansas in Fall 2024. We provide an unmatched spa experience with highly trained technicians offering massages and skin treatments designed to relax, rejuvenate, and leave the skin glowing.
