Now Hiring: Massage Therapist – Per Diem (PRN)

Position Type: PRN/as needed

Location: Serving patients in the West Atlantic City service area

Pay Rate: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications; mileage reimbursement provided separately)

Reports To: Clinical Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver therapeutic massage services to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans aligned with interdisciplinary care goals.
• Collaborate with hospice team members to support comfort, symptom relief, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Utilize massage techniques and tools such as oils, warm compresses, and other comfort-enhancing aids.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for postural improvement and stress relief.
• Participate in required team meetings, training, and quality initiatives.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Current New Jersey Massage Therapist license
• Board Certification with the New Jersey Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in massage therapy preferred; hospice/palliative care experience a plus
• Valid NJ driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide services in patients’ homes and/or facilities across the assigned territory
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings:
• Criminal background check
• Motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Drug screening
• National sex offender registry
• Professional references
  

️ Physical Demands:
