Job Opportunity: Looking for an awesome LMT to join our growing team! The position will start off as part-time, one to two days a week (the days per week are negotiable), moving to full-time. The position will also have the option to add hours of stretch therapy and additional hours for office support if they choose in the future as they grow with us. We are located in West Broad Village in Short Pump, VA near Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

Job Description – Massage Therapist

Education and Training: Employee has received the education and training required by the licensing or certification body in the state in which Employee provides massage services.

Licensure: Employee is duly licensed or certified as a massage therapist in the state in which Employee is obligated under the Employment Agreement to provide massage services.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical stamina and mobility to perform and complete up to 90-minute sessions in a dimly lit massage room.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs. for various tasks in and out of the massage room.
• Complete dexterity in both hands.
• Able to lift arms above shoulder level and above head.
• Able to bend at the waist, lean down to touch the floor, get on the floor, kneel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform massage therapy for up to 90 minutes.
• Arrive well before appointments to prepare for massage therapy sessions.
• Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive attitude at all times with patients.
• Adhere to the 100% System.
• Full adherence to hand washing and personal hygiene requirements.
• Consistent maintenance and cleaning of equipment/massage rooms.
• Promotion and demonstration of massage program via multiple social media platforms.

The clinic office hours are as follows:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-12pm, 2pm-6pm
• Tuesday 2pm-6pm, training in the morning to be determined by Doctor
• Friday 8am-12pm
