REQUIRED SCHEDULE for this PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME therapist position: Minimum of 3 weekday nights, from 3:00pm-8:45pm (shift time negotiable), weekends not required.

$500 SIGNING BONUS: $250 payable after 90 days, $250 payable after 6 months

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY: Begins immediately

• Performance Bonus based on professionalism, reliability, and service quality for therapists working a minimum of 25 hours/week.
• Tuition Loan Reimbursement program paying up to $125/month for full-time therapists.

Qualified Candidates:

• Able to work a minimum of 3 weekday shifts, from 3:00pm-8:45pm
• Have a minimum of 650 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of program completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Massachusetts

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
