Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa is seeking a Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our world-class team in Kohler, WI. Onsite shifts vary between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, with Sundays required, and licensure in Wisconsin is mandatory.

Experience is welcome but not required; the successful candidate will guide guests through services, upsell products, and prepare personalized homecare wellness plans. A competitive benefits package accompanies this role.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
• Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare

This is a part-time position, working weekdays and weekendswith shifts varying between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must have a Massage License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
• Sunday availability required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
