Job summary

Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments. This is a commissions-only, part-time position.

Candidates must hold a State of Arizona Massage Therapy license and have at least two years of upscale spa experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. The role emphasizes guest privacy and a calm, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have valid State of Arizona Massage Therapy license.
• Minimum of two years massage/body treatment experience in an upscale spa.
• Refined communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight, and go up and down stairs.

This is a commissions only, part-time position.

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Massage Therapist fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, responsible for the delivery of exceptional massage and body treatment services. Must have valid State of Arizona Massage Therapy license. This role exudes the following qualities; confident technical provider, time management awareness, team player, tidiness, and desire to promote wellbeing. Guest’s privacy and discretion are of importance within this position.
