• Contribute to a hospitality-driven guest experience.
• Keep spa guest information current and record treatment formulas and comments in salon software.
• Evaluate guest needs and expectations to determine appropriate services, products, and personal attention.
• Offer salon/spa services and products according to management quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment properly.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment as required by law.
• Participate in coaching, company meetings, and training sessions.
• Upgrade abilities through available education and training.
• Maintain knowledge of spa pricing, services, and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products, including purposes, benefits, procedures, and costs.
• Build retail and service business and recruit new clients.
• Distribute personal spa business cards.
• Provide legendary service to clients.
• Complete services within designated time frames.
• Perform additional responsibilities when not servicing clients
• Become proficient in value-added services
• Interact cooperatively with spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience

• Able to handle responsibilities requiring repetitive motion tasks
• Technical skills such as deep tissue, reflexology, shiatsu, sports massage, and stone massage
