Job summary

Massage Envy Boynton Beach is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to provide therapeutic bodywork, listen to client goals, and tailor sessions to individual needs. You will collaborate with a supportive team and use various protocols to help clients achieve wellness outcomes.

We offer ample training, a 401(k) plan, time off, and ongoing education. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with at least one evening or weekend shift required.

Qualifications

• Valid LMT license in Florida.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy training.
• Passion for improving clients' lives.
• Willing to learn various protocols and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in [Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County and Florida)
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
