This role emphasizes client care and professional growth within a supportive environment. Qualified candidates have at least 500 hours of massage training, Florida licensure, and a passion for helping clients feel their best.

Qualifications

• Be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with Florida licensing.
• Have completed a 500-hour massage therapy program and a certificate of completion.
• Demonstrate strong client communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in the state of Florida.
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best.
• Are excited to bring their unique style to the treatment room.
• Must have weekend availability. (required)
• Must be able to provide both 60-minute and 90-minute services.

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Follow all applicable Massage Envy policies and protocols.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
