Job summary

Omni Las Colinas is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality spa services at a AAA Four Diamond hotel. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, maintaining Omni standards, and creating a relaxing, premium experience for guests in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a current state license and have at least one year of massage therapy experience. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays within a dynamic, upscale team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state massage license.
• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of massage, creating a sensory journey for guests.
• Set up treatment rooms and manage laundry as required.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment per guidelines.
• Monitor stock and reduce waste by adhering to PAR levels.
• Begin and end treatments on time and follow proper procedures.
• Explain product and service benefits with confidence to clients.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Overview

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always followed.
• Relay with confidence in product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all required department training and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must meet standards of appearance and always maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
