The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team!

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, this coastal town is known for its surf culture, laid-back vibe, and active lifestyle.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Classification: On-Call

Shift: Various - must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour plus service charge, based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Massage Therapist, you will perform massages and body treatments, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Performing massage and body treatments
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and products
• Keeping the work area clean
• Maintaining records per regulations
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
• Performing general spa duties as needed
