Overview

The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team! Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back vibe, our resort offers luxurious accommodations and amenities on a seaside bluff.

Position Details

Classification: On-Call

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour plus service charge, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and/or body treatments
• Maintain inventory of supplies and products
• Ensure cleanliness of work area
• Keep records as required by regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
• Perform general spa duties as needed
