Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a massage therapist to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments. The role offers part-time and on-call positions with potential advancement to full-time, and requires a current Arizona Massage Therapist license.

Relocation/licensing transfer support may be considered for qualified candidates. Ideal candidates exude excellent communication, guest service skills, and a solutions-oriented approach within a collaborative spa team.

A massage therapist is responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process.

Part-Time and On-Call positions are available with the future potential to advance into a Full-Time position.

Must possess a current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License to be considered for the position. If you are planning to relocate the state and hold a current and valid license in another state, please make a note of that in your application, we may be willing to financially reimburse the ideal candidate new to Arizona licensure for their license transfer fees.

Qualifications

The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following:

• Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications
