Job Title: Massage Therapist (NYS Licensed)

Join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts as a Massage Therapist (NYS Licensed) at Spa @ Woodcliff.

Pay Range

This pay range is provided by New Castle Hotels & Resorts. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. The base pay is $12.90/hr, with an additional 20% commission and discretionary gratuity.

Role Overview

Provide a one-on-one service experience in a beautiful atmosphere. Be an upbeat, friendly professional who knows when to be silent and when to engage, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Perform various body services including deep tissue massage as listed in the Spa Menu.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Guests: Greet, engage, and create memorable experiences with a warm personality.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and training to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue maximization.
• Maintain Professionalism: Keep work area clean, sanitary, and stocked. Handle billing and inventory accurately.
• Ensure Safety & Security: Follow hotel policies, anticipate issues, and call management when needed. Must possess a valid massage therapist license.

Job Requirements

Must have a current license. Prior customer service and hotel experience are preferred. Physical ability to work long hours on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in variable temperatures and noise levels. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
