Responsibilities

What you’ll do as a Canyon Ranch colleague:

• Provide 50-, 80-, or 100‑minute massage services, delivering exceptional therapeutic and healing experiences.
• Use your expertise to help guests achieve stress relief, relaxation, and overall wellness during their stay.
• Share your passion for the art of massage and contribute to Canyon Ranch’s holistic approach to health.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication when working with guests.
• Collaborate with wellness team members to ensure a seamless and restorative guest experience.
• Maintain weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required); additional weekday shifts may be available.

This position is expected to start in mid‑September in preparation for the property's anticipated opening in early October.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Meet Canyon Ranch’s high standards for excellence in massage therapy and guest care.
• Complete formal training through an accredited massage therapy school.
• Bring 1–2 years of hands‑on experience practicing a variety of massage modalities.
• Maintain a current and valid state massage therapy license.
• Demonstrate professionalism, skill, and a deep commitment to healing and wellness.
