Spavia West Plano is hiring licensed massage therapists for part-time and full-time roles. Avg pay per 60-min massage is $52–$62 (gratuity included); advanced services up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments. W‑2 position with marketing and supplies handled so you can focus on massage.

Qualifications

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Service
• Length

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52–$56
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57–$61
• Extended Modalities - 80–100 min - $63–$80

Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits
