Job description

The Therapist is responsible for providing the industry’s best therapeutic treatment in a professional and inviting environment where clients experience the Fluidity difference.

To achieve this goal, the Therapist is responsible for adhering to established “Path of Service” procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Fluidity Experience” including but not limited to:

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every session based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner
• Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Has a most recent and up-to-date massage license (SC please)
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 3-6 times per day (we like to keep you busy!)
• Is a steward of the Fluidity Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Fluidity standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
• Complete SOAP notes accurately and in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned in the operations manual and by the leadership team

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification that allows you to perform Massage Therapy at the studio.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
