Dr. Wilkinson's Backyard Resort & Mineral Springs in Calistoga seeks a part-time and full-time Massage Therapist! Our ideal candidate will provide professional, therapeutic, and rejuvenating massage therapies and body treatments to spa guests.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00, Part-Time and Full-Time

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform all massage and body services per protocols and treatment times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and requests.
• Provide personalized guest service with enthusiasm and helpfulness.
• Monitor supplies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Attend training sessions and assist in team development.
• Market spa services and products internally and externally.
• Upsell treatments and prescribe home care products as appropriate.
• Represent the spa positively and professionally.
• Participate in spa operations, special events, and promotions.
• Follow all policies, report hazards, and ensure safety.
• Perform additional tasks as directed, including cross-training.
