Life Time is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage therapies aligned with guests' fitness programs and well-being goals. You will design sessions around individual needs, educate clients about benefits, and collaborate with LifeSpa and Salon teams to deliver a premium experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, maintaining cleanliness, and staying current with certifications and trends while pursuing ongoing client relationships and service growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage therapy modalities.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic PC operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides individualized massage therapy services meeting clients' needs.
• Maintains relationships with clients and educates them on services.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments.
• Maintains spa appearance and cleanliness.
• Serves as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes and sells massage services and encourages repeat business.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
