Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide diverse massage therapies aligned with guest fitness programs and LifeSpa standards. You will design sessions around individual needs, educate clients on services, and collaborate with LifeSpa and Salon teams to deliver a superior experience in a professional environment.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, staying current on certifications, and promoting recurring sessions within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Able to perform all massage techniques.
• Able to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions.
• Knowledge of basic PC operation.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy services meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa products and services and treatments.
• Maintain LifeSpa appearance and cleanliness.
• Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and encourage repeat business.
• Stay current on certifications and new industry trends.
