Job summary

Ayurhitam Wellness Center in Fremont/Sunnyvale, CA seeks a qualified Massage Therapist / Ayurvedic Body Worker to join our team across both locations. This contract-to-hire role offers full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay and a generous tip policy.

Responsibilities include providing Swedish and Ayurvedic body therapies (Shirodhara), documenting SOAP notes, and fostering client relationships for repeat bookings.

Qualifications

• CAMTC certification required.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, or therapeutic massage.
• Comfort documenting client notes and progress.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and client-focused.
• Interest or experience in Ayurvedic therapies preferred.

Ayurhitam Wellness Center | Fremont & Sunnyvale, CA

Ayurhitam Wellness Center is looking for a skilled and client-focused Massage Therapist / Ayurvedic Body Worker to join our growing team across our Fremont and Sunnyvale locations.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with both full-time and part-time schedules available.

Compensation

• Massage sessions: $35–$50/hour, based on experience and modality
• 100% of tips go to the therapist
• Monthly performance bonus based on revenue milestones

What You’ll Do

• Provide massage sessions and Ayurvedic body therapies, including Shirodhara and related modalities
• Complete SOAP/clinical notes and track client progress
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat bookings
• Collaborate with the Ayurhitam team on personalised care plans and wellness goals
• Support scheduling and front desk activities when required

Requirements

• Valid CAMTC certification is required
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, or similar modalities
• Comfortable documenting client notes and progress
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and client-focused
• Interest or experience in Ayurvedic therapies is preferred

Training in Ayurvedic modalities including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other traditional therapies can be provided.

Schedule

Full-time: Flexible weekday and weekend availability

Part-time: Primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
