Job description

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The position aims to meet and exceed guest expectations by delivering high-quality, relaxing, and professional massage services.

Work Schedule

• The spa is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Compensation

• Hourly rate plus commission plus tips. The average hourly rate with commission is $30+ before tips.

Licensing and Certification

• Indiana accepts out-of-state licenses; we will cover application and renewal fees up to $250 for new hires.
• Applicants must provide official transcripts, proof of exam, and passage from the National Certification Examinations directly from the issuing institutes.
• Background check required.
• Must have or obtain an Indiana Massage Therapist License and be able to provide all necessary documentation.
• Knowledge of hydrotherapy and experience with Swedish and Therapeutic Massage preferred.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Full weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is preferred but not required.

Additional Information

Sign-On Bonus of $1,000 paid after 45 days and another $1,000 after 90 days.
