Massage Therapist - $2000, $1500 or $1000 just for joining the team!

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lacey, WA, is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists. We offer a stable and positive environment with growth opportunities, and your expertise will be crucial in providing exceptional customer experiences.

We provide a comprehensive setup including all supplies, an established book of business, and appointment booking support. Our compensation package includes:

1. Bonuses: $2000 for full-time (5 days), $1500 for 4 days, and $1000 for 3 days.
2. Pay: $45 to $65 per hour, with an average commission of $30 per service, plus tips with no cap.
3. Additional benefits: Health insurance (full-time), 401K with employer matching, free training and continuing education reimbursement, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities include proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining detailed records, and providing professional, caring service.

Requirements include a valid Washington Massage License, liability insurance, strong teamwork and customer service skills, flexibility in working hours, and professional appearance.
