Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)

The Well for Women – New Haven, CT

The Well for Women, a growing massage therapy practice in New Haven, CT, is hiring. We've recently expanded with two new treatment rooms and are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our supportive, inclusive team.

• Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time

Schedule Needs

• Monday, Thursday, Friday : 3 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM
• Saturday : 11 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or Sunday : 12 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 PM
• 44% of service revenue to start, with an increase after 90 days
• 100% of tips

Interview Process

• First interview : 20–25 minute conversation + 20–25 minute hands-on demo with hiring manager
• Second interview (if selected) : Additional questions and demo with less than 20–25 minute conversation + 20–25 minute hands-on demo with owner
